By registering for and attending Robert Wood Anderson’s “FAST Summit”, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This summary is provided in clear, attendee-friendly language.

1. Registration & Access

- Provide accurate information at registration.
- Access links are personal and may not be shared.
- Organizers may revoke access for violations.

2. Content & Intellectual Property

- All Summit content belongs to the organizers and/or speakers.
- Sharing, recording, or reproducing content is not permitted without written approval.

3. Code of Conduct

- Treat speakers and attendees with respect.
- Harassment, abuse, or disruption may result in removal without refund.

4. Speaker Contributions

- Views expressed by speakers or sponsors are their own.
- The organizers are not responsible for reliance on opinions shared.

5. Technical Access

- Summit is hosted via PubFunnels.
- Organizers are not liable for personal technical issues (e.g., internet outages).

6. Refund & Cancellation

- FAST Summit Premium Pass refund requests must be made no later than 30 days after the Summit.
- No refunds after 10/28/2025.

7. Privacy & Data

- Registration data will be used for event access and communication.
- We will not share your data with third parties without consent.
